What should i get for my husband in his first birthday while are married?

i really dont know what to get for him for his birthday ..i want something only for him i thought i will make him a cake and decorate thehouse with candle from the outside inside and then wear nice dress but then what iwant to get him something JUST FOR HIM..help\ pleeease it's getting nearer and i need serious help...
