Which book is longer or easier to read?

I am trying to decide between "A Farewell to Arms" by Ernest Hemingway and "Deliverance" by James ey. This is for summer reading so I want to read the one that I would get through with faster. Or would you suggest "Fried Green Tomatoes at the Whistle Stop Cafe" by Fannie Flag?
