Buy Now or Wait Till After Christmas ?

I'm having my daughter's first birthday and I'm going with a Cinderella/ Winter Onederland theme. I'm trying to decide whether to buy the snowflakes and ornaments now or wait till after Christmas. The reason is I don't want to wait and then the stores not have what I'm looking for.
