Is this tinnitus?! PLEASE help?

ok so i know i listen to my music a bit too loud (w/ headphones too), and one time i heard hissing-like noises in my ears so i stopped. the ringing thankfully stopped too. that was a relief. but then i started to pick up listening to my music loud again/: but recently i got this horribly cold, (sore throat, sneezing, coughing, stuffy nose, headaches) also when id get out of bed, usually i get dizzy but i was getting bad headaches instead! i feel better now, but my nose is still congested and im just now noticing this but the muscles below and under my eyebrows HURT, and when i pat the back of my head, my TEETH hurt. ??? then i went to sleep last nite earlier than usual and woke up at 5am to this "droning" like noise in my right ear. im scared its tinnitus. i dont swim at all, but i do listen to my music loud sometimes, but i heard that you can get tinnitus from a cold and it will p after a few days. my right ear also feels a little blocked right now. no drainage so i doubt its an ear infection. but whats happening to me!! please im only 15 i dont want to deal with this for the rest of my life!
