What should a gal do when other gals are all around her potential Bf?

I like this guy & he said he likes me as well but we're friends for now. Am having trouble b'se we meet guys & sometimes these guy have a crush on me & yet i dont want to go out with other guys jst b'se we havent made a move in the relationship. Likewise, am having trouble with gals always hanging around my guy. The fact that we are not yet publicly a couple, i dont want to nag him by being clingy. Its driving me mad but you got to help me.
