All of my clothes smell like smoked ham :[?

Well, we use real wood for our fireplace and it sometimes backs up with smoke and gets in the house. (We called someone to fix it..) Now everything smells like we just went to a barbecue. I've gotten several of comments from my friends to the effect of, "I smell bacon!" and I reply, "Oh.. it's just me." I have nice colognes but.. I don't know if it can cover the smell. What do I do? Hang everything in my closet and spray a lot of febreze every night? Washing them obviously works but they just.. absorb the smell from the house or something. Ugh!
