11 and a half month old baby horrible congested cough 102.9 rectal fever?

Ok just wondering if I should wait till morning to call the doctors because my baby's doctors is open sundays... but she has a horrible cough and a fever her sister is just gettin over pneumonia so I am afraid its that she isn't distressed tho she is acting fine but so wasn't her sister =/
